Simple bright front light.

- Jonas 10 December 2023

Bright light with easy installation and rear light option. You do have to cycle for a while to charge the capacitor to keep the front light on at the crossroads.

Pros & Cons

Bright light
Easy installation
Rear light connection possible

Nice lot of light, however do not buy for standlight function

- Jeroen 30 September 2022

Nice amount of light and evenly distributed light pattern. Instant enough light even at low speed. For the standlight, that the lamp stays on for a while when you are standing still, there is no need to buy this version. That function only worked for me for 2-3 days at tragically low brightness. After that, that function no longer worked.

Pros & Cons

Additional connection for rear light
Plenty of light
Standlight function failed after 3 days

Lamp with good plenty of light for use with hub dynamo

- Inigo 15 June 2021

To replace a scrapped headlight from my son's school bike, I had thought of replacing the headlight with the same (fine) headlight that is on my bike - the AXA Blueline 30. This bulb gives quite a lot of light and turns on automatically (teenagers sometimes "forget" to turn on the bulb ;) ) A number of variants of this blueline 30 (or 50) are for sale for use with hub dynamo. - 30 T Steady auto - with daytime running light, so ALWAYS on - 30 Steady auto - light sensor that switches the lamp on/off - 30 Switch - manually switches the lamp on/off, no light sensor All three have a two-way switch - from other lights with a light sensor, I was used to a three-way switch (on/off/auto). This does affect the lamp's adjustability: - if you take a "30 T Steady auto" but don't want to drive with your light on during the day, you might as well have bought the "30 switch": you will have to turn the lamp on and off yourself. The "auto" function of the "30 T Steady auto" only scales the brightness of the lamp; - if you take the "30 Steady auto" but you do want to turn on your lamp occasionally during the day, you will have to tape off the light sensor. Through this headlight, you can also connect a rear light. The standlight function works fine (after you have cycled a short distance).

Beautiful headlight with powerful beam

- Jan 25 January 2021

Lighting works well. Headlight gives a bright wide beam. Only the lamp does not turn on automatically at dusk. Also, the lamp does not stay on when stationary. Both features are mentioned in the instruction manual.

Pros & Cons

Light brightness
Powerful beam
Does not stay on when stationary
Does not turn on automatically in darkness
