The Assos Mille GT bib shorts are pants that make it easy to stay in the saddle all day. Because of the regular fit, the pants fit beautifully without being tight around the legs for a comfortable fit. The padding used in these pants is the MILLE EVO padding that is nice and soft and ideal for longer bike rides. The pants themselves are made of Assos' 429 Titanio material that is not only very light, but also durable and extremely elastic. The braces have been given the fine Y-frame that Assos is known for. This ensures that the braces lie nicely between the shoulder blades at the back without folds. This makes the Assos Mille GT cycling pants the ideal pants for anyone who spends long days in the saddle!

The elastic MILLE chamois has undergone an evolution. With its new black colour and the tried and tested 8mm of Assos memory foam, this chamois is the ideal combination between comfort and performance.
Crater Ventilation/Crater Cooler
This is a system of small holes in the front of the chamois. These improve the airflow, keeping the sensitive areas cooler.
Assos Waffle/3D-Waffle
This is a patented three-layer perforated foam that increases breathability and eliminates excess weight.
Assos goldenGate
This is a patented technology that interrupts the stitching along both side panels of the chamois. This allows a more three-dimensional freedom of movement in this specific and sensitive area.
Y7 frame carrier bibTech
Wide, flexible straps meet at the level of the upper back in a Y-shaped design. The result is a flat, stable structure that disappears between the shoulder blades.

This is a dorsal stabiliser via a sturdy mesh construction with limited vertical elongation.

Assos Mille GT
Na eerdere goede ervaringen met de bibs van Assos heb ik deze besteld. Na vijf jaar mocht het wel weer. De maatvoering van de bib is goed, maar de stof aan de bovenzijde sluit niet mooi aan op de buik. Wat de de voorganger, de Assos T.neoPro_s7, van deze bib wel mooi doet. De stof puilt als het ware iets naar buiten. Vind ik niet echt mooi. Dit had wel strakker gekund. De bestelling bij Mantel is zoals altijd weer goed verlopen.

Broek met plussen en minnen
Enkele maanden geleden deze broek gekocht, dus ik heb hem goed kunnen proberen. Broek gemaakt van goed ventilerende stof en heeft fijne brede bretels. De zeem is comfortabel en vangt schokken goed op, maar verschuift t.o.v. de broek onder het rijden en aan de voorzijde is hij erg dik waardoor hij een opgepropt gevoel geeft. De pijpen zijn aan de korte kant en kruipen omhoog tijdens het fietsen. Kortom, een broek die zijn goede naam en hoge prijs niet geheel waar maakt.
