It is composed of carbohydrates, chain-bound amino acids, L-glutamine and vitamins to refill everything after your race or training session. The recommended dose for Enervit Recovery Drink (1 sachet) is a source for vitamin C, which supports the reduction of tiredness, a normal energy metabolism, and the protection of cells against oxidative stress. It is also a source of vitamin B6, which supports a normal protein and glycogen metabolism.
