Diese Shimano Ultegra-Kassette eignet sich für 9-fach Schaltgruppen. Die Shimano Ultegra 6500 Kassette ist mit dem bekannten Shimano HG System ausgestattet. Damit ist jede Verzahnung einzigartig, so dass die Kassette für flüssige Schaltbewegungen sorgt und die Kraftübertragung so effizient wie möglich ist.

Die Shimano Ultegra Kassette ist aus anodisiertem Stahl gefertigt. Dadurch ist die Kassette besonders langlebig. Die drei größten Ritzel sind mit einem Aluminiumelement verbunden, so dass Gewicht eingespart wird und die Kassette besonders stabil ist. Die Shimano Ultegra 6500 Kassette ist in verschiedenen Abstufungen erhältlich und funktioniert mit jeder Shimano HG 9-fach Kette perfekt.

Mounting with special tools

Don't forget the assembly grease!
The lockring on your cassette should be tightened up, in most cases up to 40Nm. To be able to loosen the cassette, we recommend you to apply a little bit of assembly paste to the lockring. Our assembly greases can be found here.

How often should I clean my bike? Regular cleaning ensures that your material lasts longer and that you can enjoy your cycling for longer. How often you need to clean depends on the weather conditions in which you ride. Do you cycle through all kinds of weather, or do you only go out when the sun is shining? It all affects the degree of wear and tear and some people will have to clean their bikes more often than others. Use the schedule below as a guide:

October to March:
• Clean every 200 km
• Rinse after every ride
• Dry and oil the chain after every ride
• Leave the bike to dry at room temperature

April to September:
• Clean every 300 km
• Rinse off after cycling in the rain
• Dry and oil the chain after polishing or rinsing
• Leave the bike to dry at room temperature
