Your heart rate based workouts have never been more convenient. Put the A360 on your wrist, tightly but comfortably, and enable the activity mode. The wristband measures your heart rate, so it has to fit closely around your wrist. The Polar A360 coaches you while you’re working out, so you meet your goals as quickly and efficiently as possible. The tracker measures your activity, workouts, steps, burned calories, and even your sleep pattern and -quality. The unique Polar Activity Guide gives you motivational feedback to help you reach your daily goals. The Smart Notifications keep you up to date on your phone notifications. The Polar A360 alerts you on social media, emails, calls, texts, and appointments directly on your wrist.

Activity Guide is a feature that shows how active you have been during the day. It also gives suggestions such as “walk for 50 minutes or jog 20 minutes”. This way you can choose an activity to reach your goal. Intense activities make you achieve your goals faster, but you can also choose to spread your activities throughout the day, whatever suits you best.

Activity Benefit offers you daily, weekly and monthly positive feedback that explains how your activities have been improving your health. You can keep track on your progress in the (free) Polar Flow app or on the Polar Flow web service.

Smart Calories measures the number of calories you burned based on your individual data: weight, height, gender and workout intensity. The calorie calculation is the most accurate when you use the integrated heart rate monitor during your activities.

Heart rate monitor shows your current heart rate and what zone you’re in. That way you can adjust your intensity level to train on the right intensity to reach your goals.

Training benefit helps you understand your data and how this improves your fitness. It gives you feedback directly after your workout. The Training Benefit also suggests how you can vary your workouts by altering your training intensity or duration.

Polar offers over a hundred different sport profiles that enable you to choose the right one for your workouts. This way you get reports and feedback sport-specifically.
