The Isostar 30% Ultra Protein sport bars are packed with proteins and are most effective after a high-intensity bike ride. They contain 30% high-quality proteins (soy and whey proteins), which amounts to 16 grams of protein per bar. Besides proteins, it is also advisable to supplement carbohydrates after your bike ride. Each 30% Ultra Protein sport bar contains 21 grams of carbohydrates to contribute to restoring your glycogen stores. All in all, the Isostar 30% Ultra Protein sport bar is the perfect start of your physical recovery process. And its crunchy texture also makes it a very tasty snack!

With its compact size, the Isostar 30% Ultra Protein sport bar is easy to carry wherever you go; in a back pocket of your cycling jersey, in your saddle bag, in the car or in your sports bag. It's convenient to have one within easy reach for when you don't have the opportunity to have a meal soon after your ride.

Recommended use: Take one bar during or after exercise. Ideal for muscle mass recovery and growth. Also suitable and recommended for exercises requiring energy and muscle strength.

Storage advice: Store in a cool, dry place (15-22ºC). Keep out of reach of children.

Not suited for: Isostar energy bars are not suited for coeliakie-free or gluten-free diets. The product contains lactose, wheat, gluten, milk, soy and traces of nuts and seeds.
