Description
The Polar Vantage M is the versatile sports watch for cyclists who want to push their limits and love setting new records. With this slim, lightweight training companion you have all training data at hand to get even more out of yourself.
The Polar Vantage M is equipped with the latest sports technology. Thanks to the new Polar Precision Prima sensor technology, the Polar Vantage M accurately measures your heart rate from the wrist, even in the most demanding conditions. Polar Precision Prime uses a combination of optical heart rate measurement and skin contact measurement. This eliminates disturbances that can interfere with the heart rate signal and lead to unreliable measurements. Currently, wrist measurement is so accurate that a heart rate sensor or foot pod is no longer required.
If you train for a specific purpose, you also need to know how your workouts puts a strain on your body. This way you can find a good balance between different types of training and rest. Training Load Pro offers insight into the strain training puts on your body, and its effects on your performance. With this data you can fine-tune your workouts by giving your trained system sufficient rest after an intensive workout and you can work on the right system at the right time.
To further optimise your training programme, the Polar Vantage M works seamlessly with Polar Flow. In Polar Flow you collect all the data in one place. Here you get access to an automatic training diary, extensive tools for planning and analysis, progress reports and support from the Polar Flow community. Additionally, you can automatically synchronise your data with other sports applications such as Strava and TrainingPeaks. Are you training under guidance of a coach? With the Polar Flow Coach service you can easily share your training data with your coach.
