Description
Use Dynamic's Carbon Assembly Paste when you're mounting carbon or aluminium parts such as seat posts and stems. The small grains in the paste prevent the parts loosening. The torque required for tightening is reduced by up to 30%, which makes cracks in the carbon a thing of the past.
The Carbon Assembly Paste also offers protection against corrosion and prevents creaking noises. You'll love it, because a little creak in your frame can drive you absolutely crazy!
No, we do not recommend this! Carbon paste is made especially for carbon, which is more vulnerable to over-tightening. It provides extra friction without damaging the carbon, so the part stays tight and doesn't creak. Carbon paste ensures that you do not need to exceed the tightening moment and that your parts remain fixed for a long time.
How do I use carbon pastes?
Assembly grease should be applied to the component to be assembled and to the threads of bolts, if the component in question is carbon, then carbon paste should be used, otherwise ordinary assembly grease will do. You can apply it with a brush, directly from the tube or just with your fingers. In principle, you use carbon paste on all bolts with a thread and are most used on (carbon) stems and (carbon) seatposts. Re-apply when you have loosened a component. It is also advisable to loosen the parts once in a while, clean them and apply new paste.

Gebruikt bij het monteren van zadelpen. Blijft goed zitten, maar geen idee of ik hem volgend jaar weer los krijg. Ik heb wel goede hoop. Mooi dat ik geen mega grote pot hoef te kopen van iets wat ik maar zelden nodig heb.

Had last van krakende fiets , alles nagelopen en aangedraaid …. Geen resultaat , laatste wat nog overbleef de zadelpen , gereinigd licht geschuurd en helemaal goed
