With a low weight and good parts, Cube achieved exactly what they had in mind when designing this hybrid bike. This Cube Touring EXC has sporty properties combined with practicality. As a result, you can just as easily go to the supermarket as you can make the daily trips to work or a nice tour.
The Cube Touring EXC is the high-quality hybrid bicycle which will make you want to take the bike instead of your car every day.
A hybrid bike knows how to combine the best of a practical city bike and a sporty bike in one two-wheeler. That's exactly what happened with the Cube Touring EXC. The sporty, light and rigid frame ensures tight handling, while you can also make your trips with luggage in comfort thanks to the suspension fork and stable luggage carrier. This fork has 63mm of travel, which is more than enough to cushion most bumps. In addition, you have a pleasant sitting position, where you sit very slightly forward, in order to still retain the sporty feeling.
Good brake and shifting parts
The Shimano Deore derailleur gears on this bike ensure that the bike doesn't lack on any terrain. With no less than 30 gears, you have a wide gear range. In addition, these parts are also used on mid-range MTBs, which means that they can take a beating. This bicycle is equipped with hydraulic disc brakes, which have 2 pistons per caliper. This is fairly standard on city bikes, but a bit less powerful than more expensive parts with more pistons. However, these brakes still provide astonishingly good results with sufficient braking power and good modulation.
Well equipped
While Cube's bikes generally have one drawback, which is the lack of a lock, this bike is very well equipped. A stable luggage carrier is essential on a hybrid bicycle, but also stylish mudguards, powerful lighting and a bell are mounted on this bike. All that's left for you is to take that first ride!
