Just like their road bikes, Trek's city bikes and e-bikes are absolutely gorgeous to look at. The stylish colours, internal cable routing and beautiful integration of the Bosch mid-drive motor make this electric bike look really neat.
The Trek Verve+ 2's Bosch Performance Line mid-drive motor allows you to take beautiful rides. You'll even have enough power to explore hefty hills with 65Nm of torque. This motor is paired with a 400Wh battery, which allows you to do rides of around 80 kilometres on a full charge. The derailleur drivetrain also allows you to shift smoothly, even when you are exerting a lot of power. The 9 gears, from the renowned Shimano brand, also have a range that is better than the commonly used 8-speed hubs. With this electric hybrid bike, almost no terrain is too tough.
Ready for a comfortable ride
Besides being a powerful bike, the Trek Verve+ 2 is also a very comfortable model. The geometry is designed to give you a fine upright riding position. This position can be perfected with the adjustable stem. In addition, you have access to front fork suspension and a suspension seatpost. You will therefore never lack for comfort on the Trek Verve+ 2.

On a powerful electric bike like the Trek Verve+ 2, you need a braking system that gives you plenty of stopping power and confidence. The hydraulic disc brakes on this hybrid bike do just that: braking power is great and the controllability is good, so your brakes won't lock up.
