Detailed explanation of sizing in mmIn order to help you, as best we can, to choose the right size shoe we have measured all the shoes ourselves. All that's left for you to do is measure your own foot length, and we'll tell you which shoe size per brand suits you best. Does your foot length in mm not appear on the relevant product's page? Then that particular shoe is not available in a size that suits your foot length.
You can easily measure your foot length using an A4 sheet of paper, placed on the floor against a wall. Stand with one foot on the piece of paper, with your heel against the wall. Draw a line above your big toe (or above the index toe if that is longer). Now mark your other foot on the paper in the same way. Measure both - the measurement of your longest foot is your foot length in mm's! Only suitable for people with very narrow feet
I normally only have a 39, but have already ordered size 40 because Shimano often runs small. Nevertheless, while cycling I get very sore feet within a very short time. Never had this before and it is very clearly linked to these shoes. I have slightly wide feet, but not extremely. So unless you have very narrow feet with low insteps, I would not recommend these shoes. In any case, I can't ride a bike on them.

I am very satisfied with these shoes. Nice that you get a clear explanation in advance to order the right size. Minus point I find, because I use them for spinning, a whole placket has to be attached under them and that makes it difficult to walk.

Nice shoe for novice cyclist
Nice shoe with a simple design. The only downside is the Velcro strap which is somewhat annoying to open/close. It is very sturdy, though.
