This road bike sits at the top end of the beginner segment and already has a nicer finish than cheaper models. The frame of the Cube Attain Race is made of lightweight aluminium. This ensures low weight and excellent reliability. Nicely, all cables run through the frame. This protects them well and makes this Cube look just a bit nicer than many other road bikes. The riding position and geometry are aimed at a comfortable seat, and by removing the spacers under the stem you can make it a bit sportier. The carbon fork is not only light but also gives extra comfort as it neatly filters all vibrations.
Reliable drivetrain
The groupsets are from Shimano Tiagra. It has adopted more and more techniques from the top groupsets in recent years. As a result, this group shifts very nicely. Also nice is that Cube has fitted a climbing gear as standard on this Attain Race. This allows you to ride uphill with extra ease. And thanks to the TRP mechanical disc brakes, you always come to a stop in time.

A fine, sturdy bicycle of good quality

I was looking for a road bike to start cycling on. I got good advice in the store, I was looking for a good quality bike on which I can improve myself, yet at a good price. This bike has disc brakes and the shifting system is good to start with. The width of the handlebars is nice, not too narrow, so I can learn the steering better too. Most women's bikes have more cheerful colors, but I was looking for a tough bike, this bike is just that!
