I've been using it for a few weeks now and it works perfectly, it's very efficient.

A very nice surprise! I don't do any cycling, just mountain biking at a very amateur level, and when I found out that this kind of 'toy' existed, I was immediately taken by the idea. But what a surprise once everything was installed! All you hear is the sound of the stereo turning, the plug and play connection is incredible, nothing to do. In 2 minutes I was already in Scotland doing a 30 km... And boy does it react instantly (I use Rouvy and Kinomap). I didn't know the Mantel site either, but I read a few reviews. And frankly TOP! Shipped the day after I placed the order, which I did around midnight/1am... Received 2 days later! Incredible

Replacing an old elite model, the feel is closer to reality

Instant ant+ connection with my Garmin computer, the home trainer can then be controlled easily and simply with it, HT braking, slopes, training programs without going through a paying app.

After a week's use, I'm very satisfied with this hometrainer. Precise and quiet, just what I needed. It does the job without pretension.

I bought the trainer with discount, which was significantly cheaper than the Direto I bought years before(which broke down after merely 5000km). Sepcs are good, and its looks were definitely appealing. Came with adapters, no cassette. The adapters were re-designed to loosely fit on its hub body and, therefore, allows easier aligning for the bike. Also the interface of the cassette was surely with more clearance. Tried it for around 50km, and everything's satisfying except the roaring noise. The resistance builds up quickly enough, and could last through a 20-sec 1000-watt sprint. Sure will have my whole winter on this trainer.

The Suito is of nice compact size, convenient to fold and at the time of purchase so good on sale that I might as well buy it new as second-hand. The sound is also not too bad for me, but then I am used to a rowing ergometer. The installation disappointed me enormously. Mechanically, it was doable, I put the right cassette on it and it took some fitting and measuring with the frame. However, there is too little information if you have a slightly different bike (mine has both a quick release and 142mm axle for example) and if you google you end up in a spider web of Italian forums. The app is out of date, they didn't bother to hire a UX designer or at least someone to translate it properly from Italian instead of Google Translate. For a firmware update, you have to install some crazy app "updato" again, for example. Connecting to bluetooth and ant+ was easy, but kallibrate I couldn't immediately find because of the unclear app design. They ask for circumfence.... Of which is nowhere stated, including that it's a crazy calculation of your wheel circumference. After calibrating, you get and figure on the screen, no idea of what. Should I calibrate in lowest gear or not? All basic info I'm missing. The trainer was leaden, but after another google search, it turned out this was because I had connected my Garmin and that didn't match the Suito's speeds. Just like you have to register your trial month with Elite first because someone thought it would be handy to put the serial number at the bottom of the machine. Yep, so I could go lay the whole thing on the floor for that one little number :-) I haven't tried Zwift yet, but now after 3 evenings of fiddling I have the trainer pretty much up and running. The video workouts in the Elite app also work fine. I think I'll keep it because otherwise all the effort was for nothing, but...... easy is different haha!

Am very satisfied with purchase. Assembly went smoothly, I transferred the 10-cassette from my road bike and it went well with the help of the extra ring that came with it and the instructions. Had it up and running within 30 minutes with Zwift/Rouvy. Works very smoothly and responds very naturally to resistance. Only downhill it remains fairly resistant, but that's as with my previous one.

Less stable than my old tacx booster rollers. Quieter and more compact though. The resistance and feel of cycling are better. If you don't use anything from Zwift and the like, Elite's basic app is poor.

Very simple installation. It's my first direct-drive home trainer, and I find that the ride is extremely smooth, with only the noise of the chain to be heard. Once connected to Zwift, the home trainer is very responsive: power and cadence measurements respond very quickly to changes. I totally recommend it!

This turbo trainer rattled immediately after purchase. After 3 test drives, I hoped the noise might go away. It didn't. Upon returning it to the store, it turns out they can't immediately exchange it because it has to be sent for "warranty check" first. Absolutely do not buy this one. Other brands probably have better terms.

The Suito is a very nice bike trainer that is perfect for me. It has more than enough resistance range for me, but I am not a super athlete. It is very stable so even standing bits are no problem. In terms of noise, the trainer is clearly present. Not a problem for me (I cycle in the shed), but I can imagine that it will be more noticeable indoors. The trainer is easy to set up. Unfold legs, plug in, bike on and go. The Elite App (comes with an annual subscription) is neat but not clear on all points. Also too bad there are no pre-baked workouts in it. But a new workout is easily created. Conclusion: For me, the Suito is an ideal trainer for a very competitive price.

Quickly install from the box and get going with Zwift and Rouvy. Godd to pay attention to what you are doing. Really open 1 program at a time and make sure you always disconnect and close the current program from the trainer before opening another program. Otherwise it gets confused. Otherwise a more than fine direct drive trainer for a fine price. Other than that, everything really speaks for itself.

After some doubts the purchase went through. And now balking. Baling that I didn't do it sooner. Well packaged, the trainer arrived. Unpack it, put it away, plug it in and go. For the sake of completeness I downloaded 2 apps for calibration and firmware update (not necessary it seems). I came from a roller bench and this trainer is a lot quieter. You can ride without earbuds and watch your movie or listen to music. Together with Zwift (or other virtual app) the ideal alternative for outdoor riding. After training you fold the legs back in and it is easy to store.

Super high-performance machine. It's my first and I'm very happy with it. I'm an amateur and it suits me fine for training at home, so I don't have to go out in winter.

Long hesitated with a Wahoo but the deciding factor was the convenient storage of the device. It's quiet. I cycle while the kids are sleeping. They are not bothered by it. No cons for now, except for the much sweat I have already lost. But you have that on all indoor trainers.

This is my second elite suito trainer. Only sold the first one because we emmigrated. Was keen on trying something new this time, but settled for the same trainer again as it's just excellent value! There are better trainers with higher prices out there, but for the recreational cyclist who is not training to chase podiums (which is most of us...), this is ideal. Most of us mere mortals don't need anything more than this.

Nice and solid device, plug in, turn on Zwift (on iPad), pair up and ride! On normal rides it usually works fine, but in ERG mode the device has a lot of trouble finding and maintaining the indicated power. It also sometimes takes a lot of effort to get it going from standstill. In addition, support from the manufacturer and associated website is really substandard. The site is unclear and difficult to use on smartphones and it has taken several weeks to respond to questions. Service and advice from Mantel was good, although there was a mistake on the site that almost made me order the wrong body for Campagnolo. Unfortunately, the correct Campagnolo body was not available from Mantel and had to be ordered from Elite (for a lot of money!). All in all, an adequate for what I do with it, but definitely room for improvement. Both hardware, software and service.

Unfortunately, no cassette was included. The cassette was really easy to install and within the hour I was up and running. The Zwift support makes training with the bike trainer super.

It surprised me in a positive way in terms of the amount of noise...you only hear the chain sliding over the sprockets, nothing else to hear. I have the Elite Suito T now 2 weeks and use RGT and Zwift and I have so far nothing to criticize. It runs quietly except of course at extremely high speed which is completely normal. What I do not find already that is advertised with free zwift software, which is not the case. Also that the Elite App requires a subscription for many things I find rather inappropriate because you just bought an original Elite trainer. I myself have put me still for precautionary insulation mats.

Super nice bike trainer, glad I bought this one. With the handle easy to move. A bike with 8 rear gears is also easy to place with the two included rings, even though this is not mentioned in the manual. I did have to readjust the rear derailleur because it started rattling.

I use the trainer in combination with Zwift, the trainer gives a fast and realistic signal via a good working Ant+ and Bluetooth sensor when there are height differences and is therefore very nice to use. For me a top trainer for a reasonable price.

Overall, a good, well-finished product. Easy to move with the handle and retractable feet once assembled. Not so easy to install the first time. You need a lockring tool and a hex wrench to fit the cassette, the rest can be done by hand. Of course, you'll need a cassette compatible with your bike. Installing the chain and securing the bike is difficult to do on your own, but once everything's fixed in place, it's very sturdy! Very quiet trainer (regular noise much lower than a modern dishwasher). Bluetooth connection to a 2016 laptop and a newer one was instantaneous. Élite provides coupons for free trials on 5 platforms (Zwift, RGT, Rouvy, Bloom Kinomap). Unfortunate detail: you need the serial number of your device, which is located under your feet, i.e. facing the ground. So take note before installing the bike! The MyElite application (which I'm no longer sure offers premium access) is still pretty poor. It's the first trainer I've used, so I can't really comment on the realism of rolling and transitions. I've been using RGT Cycling so far and it's great fun to let off steam. Real-time Watts tracking seems a bit noisy (rather abrupt transitions for relatively constant effort) but I have no point of comparison and I don't have the pedal-stroke regularity of a professional.

Great product with unfailing service from Mantel. One order and received the next day despite the size of the package. I couldn't find the subscription card for zwift but also for several other applications or workouts that you'll also benefit from for free (1 month of bekool, and all the other apps of the genre) I sent an email to mantel and had an answer a few minutes later with the solution. I recommend this super efficient and very realistic connected home trainer. I can't do without it! And all at a price lower than the competition on the Internet :)

Very satisfied with the purchase. I hesitated for a long time, given the substantial price tag for an indoor sufferer, but in the end my initial feedback was very positive. As far as the product is concerned, Mantel remains competitive in terms of price. Delivery is fast. The product is effective. Tested three times so far, in two different ways: on the my e-training site (free one-year subscription), where you can experience only the "Tour de la lune" kinomap-style video (the others are paid for), practice different workouts, and plot routes on a map. I've also tested a simulated workout with a track from my Garmin GPS. Haven't discovered the other applications yet...

Delighted with my purchase, once the cassette was mounted and after a bit of a battle to get my free Swift trial codes, I got on my bike and started sweating my way up the slopes of Watopia! Don't forget to calibrate your HT for greater pleasure and precision, water, snacks and a towel will be your indispensable allies.

The Elite Suito T installs very quickly, the guide is very clear and the package includes all the parts (and more) to adapt to different bikes. Having ordered the sprocket cassette in advance, I was able to install the Suito immediately after receiving it, and tried it out straight away. Very stable and quiet. As for connectivity, it's impeccable for the use I've had of it so far: I'm connected to Zwift in BlueTooth and it works perfectly and immediately. The product is exactly what I expected, and as the delivery was ultra-fast and free of charge, I'm delighted with my purchase via Mantel!
